If my card is about to expire, how can I make sure I’ll receive my new card?

Make sure the address you have on file with us is correct.

If you need to make an update, log in to your account using the Green Dot app or go to GreenDot.com.

For Green Dot accounts opened or cards purchased AFTER XX/XX/XXXX
Select the profile icon or image at the top right corner and make any changes needed to your address.

For Green Dot accounts opened or cards purchased BEFORE XX/XX/XXXX
Go to Support, Account Setting, and Edit Contact Info to make any changes needed to your address.
